• Documents you scan are processed by AI to extract tasks and information
• Photos are stored locally on your device only
• Documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for processing
• We do not store your documents on our servers

2. Task Data

• Tasks, due dates, and descriptions you create
• Stored locally on your device
• Not transmitted to our servers

3. Usage Data

• Number of AI actions used per month (for free tier limits)
• App feature usage for improving the app
• Anonymous crash reports and diagnostics

4. AI Processing

• When you scan documents or generate drafts, content is sent to Anthropic Claude AI API
• Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
• According to Anthropic's policy, they do not train AI models on user data

What We Don't Collect

• All documents and tasks are stored locally on your device
• Optional iCloud backup (controlled by your iOS settings)
• No data is stored on our servers
• Data remains on your device until you delete the app

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude AI: For document processing and AI-powered features
• Apple Push Notification Service: For task reminders (iOS system service)

Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Disable AI features and use the app offline
• Turn off notifications in iOS Settings
• Control iCloud backup in iOS Settings

Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

• All data stored locally on your device is protected by iOS security
• Transmission to Anthropic AI is encrypted (HTTPS)
• No permanent storage of your documents on external servers
